Widen the Path

The Integrity Path is our innovative virtual client-led leadership coaching approach to helping leaders embed integrity into their organizations. The Integrity Path can be completed in 3 different levels, with each level taking 6 weeks to complete. Our virtual leadership coaching platform will guide your team step-by-step through the process supported by weekly leadership check-point meetings with an Integrity Hub Coach to enable your organization to progress each step of the way.

Discover the Path

Level 1 - Emerging

Duration:

  • 6 weeks
  • We recommend Levels 1 and 2 be completed consecutively. Both Levels 1 and 2 can be completed in a total of 12 weeks.

Objective:

‘Discover the Integrity Path’ by understanding your organization’s starting point.

Engagement Focus:

‘Me’ – Senior leadership team

Description:

  • Begin by having your senior leadership team complete an Integrity Best Practices Assessment (IBPA) and your entire organization participate in a 360 Discovery Survey to help identify integrity gaps and opportunities.
  • Establish, clarify, and authentically translate organization core values into defined ways of working through an adaptive and innovative learning workshop approach.
  • Integrity Hub’s virtual leadership coaching platform will help guide your team develop and prioritize policies within a fully supported code of conduct.

  • Stakeholder communications
  • Integrity Best Practices Assessment (IBPA)
  • 360 Team Discovery (Organization-wide)
  • Mission and core values
  • The Developmental Sprint® (Senior Leadership Workshop)

Deliverables:

  • Senior leadership team understanding of integrity gaps and opportunities
  • Translation of mission and core values to specific ways of working
  • Draft code of conduct framework for the organization
  • Senior leadership team signoff
Walk the Path

Level 2 - Developing

Duration:

  • 6 weeks
  • Level 1 is a pre-requisite

Certification:

Integrity Path Level 1 & 2 Certification will be awarded following successful completion of both levels.

Objective:

A natural progression to ‘Walk the Integrity Path’ following completion of Level 1.

Engagement Focus:

‘We’ – Line Managers

Description:

  • Identify real integrity scenarios
  • Develop specific integrity initiatives across the 6 dimensions of the Integrity Circle to grow a culture of both ‘trust’ and ‘accountability’.
  • Engage Line Manager to experience core values and sustainable behaviour change through an innovative change workshop and peer coaching.

  • Stakeholder communications
  • The Developmental Sprint® (Line managers workshop)
  • Integrity Risk Management Methodology
  • Integrity Circle real scenarios and improvement initiatives

Deliverables:

  • Personal engagement of line managers on integrity concerns
  • Application of core values / design of policies, processes, and structure
  • Line managers signoff and activation plan
Widen the Path

Level 3 - Maturing

Duration:

  • 6 weeks
  • Levels 1 and 2 are pre-requisites

Certification:

Integrity Path Level 3 certification will be awarded following successful completion.

Objective:

‘Widen the Integrity Path’ by extending organization core values externally with strategic business partners and key stakeholders

Engagement Focus:

‘Together’ – Strategic business partners and key external stakeholders

Description:

  • Enable your strategic business partners and key external stakeholders to join your organization on the Integrity Path.
  • Apply organization core values externally, identify integrity gaps and opportunities
  • Apply Integrity Circle best practices externally to improve transparency, governance and accountability.

Activities:

  • Stakeholder communications
  • The Developmental Sprint® (key external stakeholders)
  • Integrity Risk Management Methodology
  • Integrity Circle external improvement initiatives

Deliverables:

  • Application of core values to external key stakeholder relationships
  • Extension of policies, processes, and structure
  • External key stakeholder signoff and activation timeline

Sustainable and Measurable

The Integrity Path is not a one-off project. Following completion of Levels 1, 2, and 3, your organization can continue to track growth on the Integrity Path by retaking the Integrity Circle Risk Assessment (ICRA) on an annual basis.
